Include with your request

Your account email, family name, device model, iOS/watchOS version, app version and build, a short description, approximate time, and a screenshot if appropriate. Never send your password, login code, private proof photo, or full App Store receipt by email.

Subscription help

A parent can open Profile > Family plan to buy, restore, or manage Po-Ko Home Pro. Apple handles payment and refund requests. Send us the account email and family name if the App Store shows an active purchase but the family remains Free.
