Delete a Po-Ko Home Account

Account deletion is available directly inside Po-Ko Home and does not require an email request.

Delete in the app

Sign in, open Profile > Privacy & Devices, and choose Delete my account. The request has a 7-day cancellation period. During that time you can return to Privacy & Devices and cancel it.

Owned families

Before deleting an account, transfer each owned family to another active Parent or schedule that family for deletion. Family deletion removes its tasks, proof photos, notes, reviews, rewards, memberships, and active private exports after the cancellation period.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes the universal account, sessions, linked member profiles, associated proof submissions and private files, reward requests, and active exports, subject to legal requirements and time-limited backup retention.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@poko-go.com from the account email with the subject 'Po-Ko Home account deletion'. We will verify the request before acting.
